After the roaring success of AMFF26, we barely had time to catch our breath before diving head‑first into planning AMFF27. We learned a lot from our first go at running a film festival — and we’re putting every lesson to good use.

AMFF27
AMFF27 is now a two‑day celebration.
Day 1 kicks off on Friday 26th February with the 'Trailhead Social' at the Brewery Arts Centre for the first 150 lucky people who bag a Friday ticket. Expect great beer, a cracking atmosphere, and a pizza buffet that will absolutely disappear faster than a KTM on a fire road. Friday tickets are separate from Saturday — so if you want in, move fast.

Day 2 runs from 11am to 9pm on Saturday 27th February 2027, with the same number of incredible films as last year, but with a much more relaxed pace. More time to talk. More time to eat. More time to drink. More time to actually enjoy the day without sprinting between screenings. And when the final film wraps at 9pm, we’ll simply drift back to the bar to toast what promises to be a fantastic couple of days in Kendal.

There are 2 types of ticket available for Saturday, and an add on ticket for those who would like to join the Trailhead Social on Friday evening, which we encourage you to do!
